This year’s Mobile World Congress in Barcelona is in full swing, and it’s been difficult to keep up with the avalanche of new Android devices announced so far. Here’s a quick roundup of which devices we can probably expect to eventually land on our shores.

Vodacom is bringing Google’s current flagship device, the Galaxy Nexus, to South Africa this week.

Samsung is one of those manufacturers that has always tended to the lower end of the market. In recent years, they’ve done the Android platform a great service by bringing Android-powered devices to all segments of the market. After their device-naming strategy change, the Galaxy Y is the latest of the low-end Android devices made by Samsung, following the Gio, and the earlier Galaxy 550.
